We carefully examine properties for our clients and point out deficiencies and causes for concern, as well as building features and benefits not to be overlooked. We have ready access to qualified contractors, architects, engineers and other consulting professionals as the need arises.
Maintenance Support for Tenants
Tenants who lease through us have access to our ongoing facilities maintenance support, whether or not their property is under our management. This is particularly useful to start up companies who lack the personnel to focus on meeting facilities needs.
