Project Summary
1964 Renault & Handley constructed a 22,000 square-foot industrial building which became then-start-up National Semiconductor’s Building #1, located in the midst of what would later become the company’s headquarters campus.
1998 After a 34-year tenancy, Renault & Handley redeveloped the property to serve a new generation of high-tech industry pioneers, performing a seismic upgrade, installing a new roof, cutting in an extensive windowline, giving the building an attractive new façade treatment, installing a new parking lot and then embellishing the site with new landscaping and site amenities. Finally, we installed new interior improvements suited to modern research & development.
1999 Renault & Handley leased the renovated property prior to its completion and it has been fully leased since.
